Saturday 28 th March – Sunday 28 th June 2026
This Three-month intensive course is intended as a period of revision and deepening of our experience with GC/MeM elements: whatever level – Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. In particular, it will also offer a preparation for those attending the “Guitar Orchestra XI”.
However, the AAD is available to all and, even if not attending in Buenos Aires, special provision will be made during that week to connect with all AAD members. We complete simultaneously.
For those with an on-going experience of working with us, our aim is to define a clear and definite schedule in taking forward our practice. We see this approach as essential in developing more advanced work.
We will address our practice in terms of links and connections between all the GC/MeM elements and set priorities of practice for defining verifiable personal and group work agendas:
- Revision and review of Repertoire, Callisthenics, scales, etc. in order to deepen and extend our guitar skills.
- New individual and Guitar Craft repertoire.
- Kitchen Craft: with a focus on our ‘three foods’.
- Body work: new sessions to establish body practice through a range of disciplines: Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Flexibility.
- Themes for ‘inner work’.
- Morning Sitting and extension exercises: where we build on our personal established practice.here we take what we have and develop our practice.
There will be Special Guests.
To cover this program, participants are requested to commit to working with all the elements of the practice, to attend the online group meetings whenever possible, and to dedicate personal time to the materials presented.
