2025 MeM AAD 3
Saturday 15 th November – Sunday 14 th December 2025
This Four-week intensive course is intended as a period of revision and deepening of our experience with GC/MeM elements: whatever level – Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. In particular, it will also offer a preparation for those attending “Guitar Orchestra X & The League of Crafty Guitarists preparation work”.
However, the AAD is available to all and, even if not attending in Mendoza, special provision will be made during that week to connect with all AAD members. We complete simultaneously.
The AAD will include all the GC/MeM elements:
- Revision and review of Repertoire, Callisthenics, scales, etc. in order to deepen and
extend our guitar skills. - Kitchen Craft: with a focus on our ‘three foods’.
- Body work: new sessions to establish body practice through a range of disciplines:
Feldenkreis, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Flexibility. - Themes
- Morning Sitting and extension exercise: where we take what we have and develop our practice.

To cover this programme, participants must be committed to working with all
the elements and to attending one AAD online meeting each week with the team
as well as devoting personal time to the materials presented.
